PAYMENT METHODS

ONLINE ORDERS: We accept all major credit cards.  Online payment via credit card will be processed securely through Stripe.  We do not accept money orders, checks, or cash for online orders.

RENTAL + DESIGN SERVICES : All services will be billed to the client. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks made out to Curated Haven.   


ORDER PROCESS

We do not offer refunds for any order. We will exchange eligible merchandise or provide store credit for the cost of the item including tax, but not the cost of shipping. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and handling for the original order and the return to HQ.

To process a return as an exchange or for store credit, please adhere to the following steps:

  1. Notify curatedbycastles@gmail.com of the need to exchange merchandise within 14 days of the order date.  You will receive an e-mail with an exchange form attached to complete and send back along with receipt and merchandise.
  2. Ship merchandise along with receipt and exchange form to address shown on exchange form.
  3. Once merchandise has arrived, CuratedHaven will process the return for an even exchange or store credit by providing the customer with a coupon code in the amount of the original order without shipping and handling cost.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY


ONLINE ORDERS: All orders are shipped as Priority Mail by weight through USPS unless item is over 50 lbs. and will be shipped UPS.   All customers will be provided a tracking number to track orders. Curtaed will contact customer to confirm shipping rate. 

RENTAL DELIVERY: Delivery charge will be performed by a Curated preferred third party company. Additional rates apply to destinations exceding 60 miles.  Curated will contact customer to confirm delivery rate.
